Transitional in Beaverton, Inspired Spaces LLC.

This staging project turned out to be one of my all time favorites. Although the property was vacant, I met with the sellers to determine style, layout, and furnishings ahead of time. When they purchased the home, it had been staged, but not to their liking. I decided on compact pieces of furniture and lighting triangles in each space, to help with the low ceilings. Everything was very clean, straight-lined, and minimalistic. A high contrast color palette—white, black, and icy blue—contributed to our transitional vision and further showcased the refinished hardwood floors.

To give the home a fresh and trendy feel, and showcase the seller’s updates and choice of contemporary light fixtures, we landed on a more modern style.
