Naturally, the home had some rustic touches, which I wanted to highlight and elevate. We kept a couple pieces of the homeowners’ furnishings and mixed in a few of our own, sticking to a white, cream, and gray color palette with light blue accents. The wooden coffee table and baker’s rack (a very cozy and country aesthetic), paired with a low-profile, more modern bed set, allowed for the perfect mixture of farmhouse and modern. To reinforce this blend of the two styles, I chose scenic and abstract artwork, buffalo check and paisley textiles, and more playful accessories.
