A wonderful couple from the Midwest, who I now consider close friends, came to us with a beautiful piece of property in Murdock, WA. Shaker-style cabinets in a creamy white and stained white oak, with a stunning floor to ceiling tiled fireplace, served as the major focal points. We combined light and dark elements throughout the home—light and charcoal gray tiles, white quartz countertops, warm gray interior paint, and black metal/cable railing and light fixtures—to create that striking contrast and further blend the clients’ personal styles and tastes.
